Hi, I’ve read through your blogs and admire your info. Our unit in Building E is to be delivered October 2010. As you’ve said, its a challenge to manage two properties especially when they’re continents apart. The thought of leasing our Serendra unit is a consideration. We may not be prepared to retire when October 2010 comes along especially in today’s economy. Just like to inquire if you have leased your unit, and if so, may we ask your lease price? Do you have or hired the services of a property manager? If you have, can you give us info of the contract in a nutshell. I would appreciate your recommendation and information. Thank you so much for your time - Peter
How much is the lease per month on something like this? Had a chance to visit this last month and really am impressed with this development. My father in law will be moving back to the Philippines this year. Will a 2 bedroom rent under P50,000? Let me know. Thanks.
