Two Serendra, A Promise Fulfilled
I took this photo on March 22, 2006 and wrote about it in an old entry, Serendra Condominium Under Construction.. Before I took this photo, I stopped by the Serendra showroom where they showed off a 3d replica of the Serendra project. Imagine 65 % open spaces! A Tree Well. The parks. Never had there been a development like this in the metropolis. Looking at the massive development seemed like a tall feat to be realized but having invested in previous Ayala projects, I knew that Community Innovations would pull it off.
Two years later, look…
That’s the promise that Serendra told us two years ago. Today, it’s a promise fulfilled. (Turnover of our condominium is June 2008.) With the creation of a Two Serendra blog, I will write about the realization of this investment.
