Strolling at Two Serendra

Yesterday, hubby and I checked out Two Serendra to check on the progress of the renovation. The noise of the construction of the other buildings is very apparent. One can see the fine dust hovering in the air. Despite these, Two Serendra is pretty. We pass by the kiddie playground.

The future tree well is just starting to grow. Fruit-bearing trees will rise here. One can imagine the birds chirping once the trees bear fruit.

The generous air wells ensure free flowing air.

I wonder if the beauty will still be around once all these units get occupied.

i also own a small unit (studio) in two serendra. they turned it over last September, 2008. I think you can request for that if you want to. Serendra is a beautiful refreshing place to live. You will not have a dull moment there. Lalo sa inyo, you are a couple. i am alone but i love it just the same. there is the garden, the gym, market market, the mall, etc. etc.

When they turn it over, just check on how they finish your tiles. mine has so many hollow tiles (walang cemento sa loob) mostly likely it will break once you put something heavy on top of it. The grout finish is terrible. some are empty some are too full. Yesterday i got a call from my sister there was a water leak inside the kitchen cabinet and my living room. They promised to fix it. its been over a month its still undone.

If we are in the same building, I heard there are so many complaints about the finish. hopefully yours will not be.

    Good luck!

    Noel

i don’t think that it will stay beautiful once all the units will be occupied. the gym will be too small, the play room packed with people, the elevators busy. we live in building C.. very few neighbors.

luisa’s last blog post..Tired but grateful

We just want to take some pics so that we can make early arrangements of what furnitures to buy and or the color of the appliances.

    Pat,
We may be neighbors. We bought also a loft Section D also at 15 floor. We will be coming for Xmas too. Where are you based? Are you facing East (overlooking the Garden) or facing BHS?

    HI Pat,

I certainly hope that we meet on Xmas season. It is a good time to see how the development in Section D is progressing. It has been a long wait, quite honestly. My family is based in Abu Dhabi. I am going to request my agent to ask management if there are any restrictions or prohibitions to see the interior prior to completion. We are on top most floor facing east (section C bldg) overlooking Inside Two Serendra.

i own a unit in section c. i’m sorry if i say something negative about two serendra but i am not totally satisfied with the quality and standard of the development. my biggest complaint are the corridors and the small section lobbies and the elevator. they are poorly maintained not to mention the quality of materials used. they are a big let down to our investment. i suggest that you also visit the website http://www.skyscrapercity.com and go the philippines forum where you find informative updates on serendra. i learned from alveo that sections d and e will be delivered with higher quality finishes than sections abc. they will no longer use stamped concrete on hallways and use tiles instead. again this is just a verbal information. the maintenance of the development is poor and slow, maybe due to lack of funds, and there are a lot of unhappy customers. aside from this, the outside looks great and the greeneries refreshing, location is a plus!
