Disclosure I am not compensated by Alveo to create and maintain this blog. This is my Two Serendra blog because I believe in Ayala Land’s properties. We invested in their properties and have seen the growth of our investment through the years. I made this blog out of pure love and passion towards Alveo and Ayala Land’s properties. I may also be invited to events and post press releases because I believe in them.

Investing in a Two Serendra unit was not in my plan at all. Having two home mortgages is no joke. Having a third would push our investment to the limits. However, my husband’s parents decided to invest in a unit but were not qualified to get a mortgage because of their age. My husband and I agreed to be co-mortgagor making us a part-owner of a Two Serendra unit.

I decided to start a Two Serendra blog to document the improvements and the lifestyle within the Serendra community. The condo will be our half-way house in the south.
