Yesterday, hubby and I checked out Two Serendra to check on the progress of the renovation. The noise of the construction of the other buildings is very apparent. One can see the fine dust hovering in the air. Despite these, Two Serendra is pretty. We pass by the kiddie playground.
Acceptance of Two Serendra Condo Unit
After 3 years, the 77 square meters condo unit is finally available for occupancy.
There’s no doubt that Two Serendra is a great place to raise a family. The first thing I noticed upon entering the compound was how much open space there was for little kids to run around and play. Everything was so green. Fruit-bearing trees, stony creeks, and flowery shrubs line the pathways that lead to the residential buildings and the lobby I could just imagine kids coming out of their houses to convene in the playground and spend their summer days in total bliss.

The lobby faces the Market! Market! transportation bay

Signing the Deed of Absolute Sale for Two Serendra

Finally the set of documents are ready for my husband and my signature. We are co-owners of this lovely Serendra condo in Building B which will be finished by June 2008. In the meantime, paperwork is needed. Look at the papers that are needed to be signed. Six sets of Deed of Absolute Sale with Master Deed will take thirty minutes to sign. Why so many papers? I checked each document and found out that there are 5 sets each for the following:
Two Serendra, A Promise Fulfilled

I took this photo on March 22, 2006 and wrote about it in an old entry, Serendra Condominium Under Construction.. Before I took this photo, I stopped by the Serendra showroom where they showed off a 3d replica of the Serendra project. Imagine 65 % open spaces! A Tree Well. The parks. Never had there been a development like this in the metropolis. Looking at the massive development seemed like a tall feat to be realized but having invested in previous Ayala projects, I knew that Community Innovations would pull it off.
Two years later, look…
Two Serendra’s Urban Interior Design Revolution
Cosmopolitan design to complement the vibrance of city living is often a winning formula. But it takes something fresh to whet the appetites of discerning city dwellers who have probably seen it all.
This is why Community Innovations built Two Serendra—a development that has managed to transform residential living into an extension of one’s lifestyle. As the celebrated new mecca for dynamic, cosmopolitan living opens its doors to new residents, proof of its unique prestige takes center stage.
The sprawling lobby is the perfect departure point for the bustling city sitting outside its verdant walls. Anchored by subtle hues that complement the greenery framing the development, distinctive furniture (?) pieces are accentuated by natural lighting and the main lobby’s open plan. Functional yet visually stunning décor dominate the common areas as illustrated by the pieces created by celebrated Filipino furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue, the prolific genius behind the lavish lounge set of Ocean’s 13 and the very same designer who designed the bed that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie’s son sleeps in. The resort-style veranda and lounge fit seamlessly with Cobonpue’s designs, which blend traditional Filipino artistry, modern technology and an innovative use of natural materials that perfectly complement the detailed interior and character of the space.
The Aston at Two Serendra
By virtue of the ambience alone, The Aston is a charming and enticing option for urbanites, but it’s the wealth of amenities that will be offered in the development that will seal the deal.
